Take A Hike Parasite.

Not all break ups are emotional, Some are parasitic.

Two bottles of 'Feel Hea' with a yellow package on a white surface.

Lets get you started

Our Take A Hike Parasite Protocol Kit is designed to work together so you cleanse smarter, not harder, and actually feel better while doing it. Ready to evict what doesn’t belong?

Take A Hike Parasite Drops:
This is the muscle. The herbal blend that helps create an environment parasites don’t want to hang out in anymore. It’s an eviction notice, plant powered edition.

Bye O Film-Biofilm Disruptor:
Here’s the part most people skip and why cleanses don’t work. Parasites hide behind a sticky biofilm shield. If you don’t break that down first, you’re basically knocking on the door while they ignore you from inside. This disruptor helps expose them so the tincture can actually do its job.

Be Kind and Bind-Gut Binder:
Once parasites die off, they release toxins. Cute, right? The binder grabs onto that junk and helps your body escort it out instead of recycling it and making you feel awful

Extra Tips for Success

Colonics During Cleanse

Enemas / Colonics: Utilize colonics and enemas to effectively remove toxins, waste, and dead parasites, preventing discomfort associated with detox die off symptoms. For optimal results during a parasite cleanse, shop our reusable enema bag for home sessions several times a week, or you can opt to schedule a series of weekly, in-office colon hydrotherapy sessions for 4 weeks.

While this is not mandatory When you're detoxing, your body is actively releasing toxins and they need a way out. Colonics are the most effective way to make that happen, and on the days you can't get in, an at-home enema keeps the process moving so your detox actually works.

Hydration: 3/4 gallon of water daily; optional juice cleanse for deeper reset

Diet Tips: Avoid meat, dairy, gluten, caffeine, sugar, raw fish and processed foods; focus on anti-parasitic foods like garlic, ginger, pumpkin seeds, and papaya

On your 10 day off break between cycles -opt for a Liver Gallbladder Detox

Castor Oil with Lemon

Days 3–6 (Evening Routine)

For an extra push during your detox, add this at night on days 3 through 6:

Juice 1 fresh lemon.Add 2 spoonfuls of cold pressed castor oil labeled for internal use. Add your final dropper of the day of Take A Hike Parasites Drops. Stir well and drink.

*Fair warning… don’t schedule a dinner party after this. This combo is designed to stimulate elimination and help you move things out while you sleep. It works synergistically with your home enemas and overall detox protocol to keep things flowing. Hydrate well. Stay near a bathroom. Trust the process. This is about encouraging release, not rushing it. Support your body, listen to it, and let it do what it was designed to do.

Why Does It Taste Bitter?

The tincture and biofilm disrupter are naturally bitter—that's intentional. Parasites dislike bitter herbs like black walnut, clove, and wormwood. Mixing with juice or a small amount of liquid helps mask the taste.

We have found that orange juice is great for masking the taste.

Why consistency matters

Why does taking the full protocol matter? Because killing parasites without breaking biofilm is ineffective. Breaking biofilm without binding toxins feels terrible. And doing just one piece is like cleaning half your house and calling it done.

Understanding parasites

  • Parasites don’t just live in your gut—they reproduce in cycles. Some eggs can stay dormant for days or even weeks before hatching, which means a single detox often isn’t enough to fully eliminate them. That’s why most protocols recommend 2 to 6 cycles of cleansing.

  • Each cycle targets adult parasites, emerging larvae, and eggs at different stages, helping to break the reproduction cycle and give your body a chance to fully reset. Skipping cycles can allow some parasites to survive, which may keep symptoms like bloating, fatigue, digestive issues, and skin flare-ups around.

  • Completing full cycles ensures improved gut balance, skin, immunity, and energy

Take A Hike Parasite

FAQ'S

What are parasites?

Parasites are organisms that live off humans and can disrupt gut balance. Common signs include bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, skin issues, and nutrient deficiencies.

Common Symptoms of Parasites

-Abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation
-Fatigue, nausea, weight changes
-Skin rashes or itching
-Joint or muscle pain, allergies, appetite changes
-Flu like symptoms

How often should I do a parasite cleanse

Parasites reproduce in cycles, so one detox isn’t enough. We recommend 2-6 cycles of the Take A Hike Parasite Protocol, each lasting 10 days with a 10 day break. Colonics or enemas can support more effective elimination. On your 10 day off consider jumping on a Liver & Gallbladder cleanse

How often should I do an enemas and colonics?

-Utilize colonics and enemas to effectively remove toxins, waste, and dead parasites, preventing discomfort associated with detox die off symptoms. For optimal results during a parasite cleanse, shop our reusable enema bag for home sessions several times a week, or you can opt to schedule a series of weekly, in-office colon hydrotherapy sessions once a week for 4 weeks.
-Frequency: Typically, 1–2 colonics per week is sufficient during the main phase of a parasite cleanse. This helps remove waste and supports your body in flushing out parasites and toxins.
At home enemas can be done multiple times per week to effectively continue removing waste ( this is probably the MOST important rule of thumb during a parasite cleanse- you must continue to empty your bowels to have the most successful cleanse )
-Duration: Most people continue for 4 weeks, depending on the protocol and individual response.
-Listen to your body: Colonics work best when paired with your full parasite protocol, including biofilm disruptors, binders, and herbal tinctures. They’re a tool, not a cure on their own.

How Will I Know They’re Gone?

Not all parasites are visible. Signs your detox is working include improved digestion, clearer skin, better energy, reduced cravings, and changes in stool. Completing all cycles ensures parasites at all stages are addressed.

Who Should Not Detox?

-Pregnant or nursing
-People with chronic illnesses or autoimmune conditions
-Those on medications that may interact
-Anyone with allergies to protocol ingredients
-Consult a healthcare provider if you have health concerns.

What Is Biofilm?

Biofilm is a protective mucus layer where parasites hide. Using a biofilm disruptor helps clear parasites, toxins, and mucoid plaque, supporting gut health, nutrient absorption, and immune function.
Signs you may have biofilm:
-Chronic gut infections that resist treatment
-Recurring bacterial or fungal overgrowth
-Chronic sinus, UTI, or Lyme disease
-Biofilm disruptors work best when combined with: antimicrobials, binders, colonics, or enemas.

What Are Die-Off Symptoms

Die off symptoms are temporary reactions that can happen when parasites or harmful microbes are dying and releasing toxins faster than your body can eliminate them, which may cause temporary symptoms like:headaches, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, digestive changes, skin reactions, and mood swings. Using gut binders, colonics, or enemas can ease discomfort.

Is This a Recurring Process?

Yes. Parasites lay eggs in cycles, so multiple rounds are needed. Each 10-day use is one cycle; repeat 2–6 times with breaks. The time required for parasite removal varies. Some people see results within weeks, while others may take several months to a year. Consider a Liver Gallbladder flush during breaks to support overall detox.

Why is it important to take a binder?

Antimicrobials stir the pot.Binders take out the trash. If you’re running something like a parasite protocol or deeper gut cleanse, skipping the binder is like cleaning your house and leaving the garbage bags in the hallway.

What do parasites look like?

Gut parasites can vary in size, shape, and color. Some are tiny and almost invisible, while others may appear as small white, tan, or reddish worms or segments in stool. Seeing them isn’t always necessary to know they’re present—symptoms and detox progress matter too.Curious to see examples? Check out our YouTube and Instagram accounts where we share real parasite visuals, detox tips, and results from our Take A Hike Parasite Protocol.

Best Foods During a Cleanse?

Avoid meat, dairy, gluten, caffeine, processed foods, sugar, and raw fish/meat. Focus on:
-Garlic, ginger, pumpkin seeds, papaya & seeds
-Hydration and herbal teas
-Optional juice cleanse for deeper intestinal reset

Why are the drops so bitter?

The tincture and biofilm disrupter are naturally bitter—that's intentional. Parasites dislike bitter herbs like black walnut, clove, and wormwood. Mixing with juice or a small amount of liquid helps mask the taste.

We have found that orange juice is great for masking the taste.

Can I take the drops together?

You can take the drops together—just combine them in a little juice. Same rule applies, keep them spaced two hours away from the binder.

Will this cleanse help with candida (yeast overgrowth)?

Bye O Film (our biofilm disruptor) and Be Kind & Bind (our gut binder) are actually a dream team for yeast overgrowth. Here's why:

Yeast, like Candida, is notorious for hiding inside biofilm — basically a protective shield it builds around itself to avoid being cleared by antifungals, herbs, or your immune system. Bye O Film breaks down that shield so the yeast is exposed and vulnerable.

Then Be Kind & Bind comes in to grab the debris and die-off toxins before they get reabsorbed — which is what causes that awful "die-off" feeling people dread when they're treating yeast.

Used together, they make the whole process more effective and way more comfortable.

Why Are Enemas and Colonics A Non-Negotiable During a Parasite Cleanse?

Here’s the thing most parasite protocol guides conveniently skip over: killing parasites is only half the job. The other half — the part that determines whether you actually feel better or just feel worse for longer — is getting them out.

Your Body Needs an Exit Strategy
When you start a parasite cleanse, you’re essentially declaring war on a population of organisms that have been living rent-free in your gut. As they die off, they release toxins, waste, and in many cases, biofilm (the protective slime fortress they’ve been hiding behind). That debris has to go somewhere.

If your colon isn’t moving things out efficiently — and most people’s isn’t — that waste sits. It reabsorbs. And suddenly you’re not just dealing with parasites, you’re dealing with die-off symptoms that feel like a flu you didn’t sign up for: headaches, brain fog, fatigue, bloating, and general misery. That’s not healing. That’s a traffic jam.

What a Colonic Actually Does Here
A colonic isn’t just “a really thorough flush.” During a parasite cleanse, it’s doing specific, meaningful work:
It clears the debris field. Dead parasites, biofilm, and toxins get physically moved out of the colon before they have a chance to reabsorb into circulation. Less reabsorption means less die-off misery.
It hydrates the colon wall. A well-hydrated colon is a functioning colon. When things are moving, your body can actually eliminate instead of just recirculating the problem.

It gives you a visual. This one surprises people, but seeing what’s coming out during a colonic is genuinely useful clinical information. Practitioners can observe biofilm, mucoid material, and yes — sometimes parasites — that you’d never know were there otherwise.

It supports the liver. Your liver is working overtime during a cleanse. The colon is its downstream partner in elimination. Keep that channel open and your liver isn’t stuck doing double duty.

Where Coffee Enemas Come In
Coffee enemas work differently than colonics and they’re doing something colonics can’t. When coffee is absorbed through the portal vein and reaches the liver, it triggers a release of bile — and bile is how your liver dumps the toxins it’s been processing. It also stimulates glutathione production, which is one of your body’s primary detox antioxidants.
During a parasite cleanse, your liver is under real pressure. Coffee enemas give it a direct assist. Think of it as opening a pressure valve so your liver can actually keep up with the workload.
Done together — colonics to clear the colon, coffee enemas to support the liver — you’ve addressed both ends of the elimination process.

At-Home Support Between Sessions
You’re not going to come in for a colonic every day (although some people during an intensive protocol do come weekly), so what you do at home matters. A daily enema — especially a coffee enema — keeps the channels open, reduces the toxic load your body is managing, and helps you move through the protocol without feeling destroyed.

This is why the reusable enema bag is part of our Take a Hike Parasite Protocol Kit. It’s not an afterthought. It’s the tool that makes the rest of the protocol actually work.

The Bottom Line
A parasite cleanse without proper elimination support is like renovating a house and leaving all the debris on the floor. You did the work but you haven’t actually cleaned anything up. Enemas and colonics are how you close the loop — move the waste out, support the organs doing the heavy lifting, and give your body a real shot at feeling the difference.
Twenty-five years of working with clients on parasite protocols has made one thing very clear: the people who support their elimination throughout the cleanse are the ones who actually feel better on the other side of it.
