24 Hours Policy

At Feel The Heal, we’re committed to providing top-tier care while respecting everyone’s time—yours, ours, and the clients who need us most. To keep things running smoothly, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

How to Cancel to Avoid Fees:

To cancel or reschedule without penalty, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance using one of the following methods:

✅ Call and leave a voicemail at our office

⚠️ Important: Calling the day of your appointment or not leaving a voicemail does NOT count as an attempted cancellation, and the cancellation fee will still apply.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
By booking an appointment, you authorize Feel The Heal to charge your card in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
These fees are in place to fairly compensate our therapists, as this is their livelihood.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled, and charges may still apply.
Clients who are frequently late may be required to prepay for future appointments or blocked from booking.

We understand that life happens, and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us continue to provide the best care for everyone.
